Everhome Suites grows footprint with openings, groundbreakings

Choice Hotel’s Everhome Suites brand has continued to expand its footprint nationally.

The midscale extended-stay brand now has 14 hotels open, 19 under construction and more than 60 in the pipeline. The chain is on track to have nearly 25 hotels open by the end of the year.

The Everhome Suites brand provides fully equipped kitchens, spa-style bathrooms, spacious closets, and premium one-bedroom suites with in-room washer and dryer, according to the company. 

Within Texas, the brand earlier this year opened hotels in Bastrop, Waco, Brownsville, and El Paso. In addition, Everhome Suites will open a 114-room hotel in Amarillo in June and has broken ground on a 115-room hotel in Georgetown scheduled to open in September 2026.

Meanwhile, the Everhome Suites Yuma, Ariz., will open this July. The 122-room property is positioned to support military travelers with nearby access to MCAS Yuma, the largest Marine Corps aviation installation in the world, while the Everhome Suites Salem, Ore., broke ground in April 2025 and is slated to open in the third quarter of 2026.  Finally, the 114-room Everhome Suites Dayton, Ohio, will break ground in June and is scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2027.
